No. We currently service the continental U.S. only.
How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Most orders placed before 12:00 Noon Eastern Time will ship the same day. Depending on your location your order should be delivered in 1-3 business days.
Where will my order ship from?
To assist in expediting your order we utilize 12 shipping locations throughout the U.S. Depending on the item you order and ship-to address, our zip code logistics will route your order to the warehouse nearest you.
Is your web site my only way to place an order?

How can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Do you ship Overnight or Saturday Delivery?

Is your site secure?

Why are your prices so low? Are the products refurbished?
We DO NOT sell refurbished or remanufactured products. Because of our volume purchases and manufacturer relationships we are able to purchase many items at a discounted rate. When doing so we pass the savings along to the most important person of all, YOU our customer.
How do we place an order by purchase order?
Once you have opened an online account, before completion of your purchase you will be given the option of attaching a purchase order number to your purchase. For your convenience, all shipping and billing documents will contain your purchase order number.
Is it faster to order over the phone?
No. All online orders are routed directly to our order processing department for immediate shipping. However, our customer support team is available to assist you in any way possible from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time.
Do you sell your customer's e-mail addresses?
NO! We respect your right to privacy. Your personal information will remain personal.
Is my order subject to state sales tax?
In most cases NO. However, The State of New Jersey requires that we collect the state sales tax on taxable goods sold to a New Jersey address. New Jersey re-sellers or tax exempt organizations will not be taxed provided they submit their tax exempt documents to us prior to their purchase. Contact us for information on submitting tax exempt documents.
Do you send out samples?
Our customer care representatives are always investigating new products that may enhance the life of our customers. Whenever possible we will provide product samples for your evaluation. Please contact our customer support team for more information.
Do you accept Insurance or Medicare?
We will send via U.S. mail a paid receipt of your purchase that you may submit to your insurance company or Medicare. Our customer support team will assist you with the appropriate HCPCS codes, (Insurance codes) to expedite your claim. However, by offering our customers everyday low prices we are unable to file insurance claims on your behalf.
